Adrienne's aunt & uncle are in town on business for the week (they live in
California) and they're staying at a hotel in Bellevue. We took the kids up there to
take advantage of the heated indoor pool. Christian put on his water wings and
cruised all over that pool, having a great old time! Nathan wasn't as excited
about the water, but he did get in.
Christian found a new favorite TV show - Full House. He didn't take his eyes off
the screen for the entire episode. Nathan has been learning some new words:
'panza' (Spanish for tummy), 'oh' (hello), 'oo' (go), 'side' (outside), and 'niz' (nice).
Last month Scott completed 5 years of service at Western Wireless. Today he
(along with several other 5-year employees) was honored at an awards ceremony.
Scott & Adrienne celebrated their 4-year wedding anniversary by dining at
Verrazano's, a nice Italian restaurant overlooking Puget Sound. The cuisine was
delectable, the atmosphere calming, and the childcare (provided by Adrienne's
parents) much appreciated!
We held our very first Jordan Five garage sale today. It wasn't as successful as we
had hoped, but Alexis did pretty well selling cookies & Kool-aid.
