Tonight we trooped to the mall to see Santa...I mean, one of his helpers. The
object was to get a picture of all three kids sitting on his lap. The older two didn't
have any problems with the assignment, but Nathan wasn't sure what to make of
this big guy in the red suit. The photographer was pretty skilled in working with
children, so he was able to get Nathan to stop crying long enough to take a couple
good shots. If I find someone with a scanner, I'll get a pic on the site for you to see.
At church this morning, the children put on a wonderful Christmas program. Our
Alexis played the part of the angel who comforted the shepherds and told them of
Jesus' birth. She was tremendous! She recited her lines perfectly. She also sang

After purchasing a new, larger aquarium a couple days ago, we were ready to bring
home some new fish friends from the pet store. Alexis chose a male guppy, while
Christian selected a Dalmation Molly. All 3 kids were very excited to see them
enter their new home in the boys' room. The fish seem to be happy. We're hoping
they'll stay with us a long time. :)
